Our fascia is a living, dynamic tissue that holds the stories and experiences of our body’s journey. It carries the imprints of our memories, traumas, and sensations, serving as a connective web that links every muscle, tendon, organ, and bone. This intricate network plays a vital role in proprioception (body awareness), interoception (internal body awareness), and even neuroplasticity.
Fascia is in constant communication with the nervous, immune, endocrine, and musculoskeletal systems, creating a bridge between physical structure and inner experience.
However, over time, its protective nature can form patterns of restriction—not only limiting physical movement but also impacting emotional flow and energetic balance.
Structural Integration

Structural Integration Bodywork is a form of manual therapy that focuses on aligning and balancing the body by manipulating the fascia.
12 Series of SI

Indulge in the exquisitely curated complete series of the myofascial meridians. We will focus each session on one of the myofascial meridians. We will start with the sleeve sessions which address superficial fascia, then we will dive into the core, and end with integration of all of our fascial systems.
